GENERAL INFORMATION

The 2012 summer CMU Sports Camp lineup offers half-day camps in basketball, volleyball, multi-sport and biking. Our half-day camps allow young athletes just the right amount of time to absorb and practice their new skills.

CMU camp coaches are selected members of our varsity basketball, volleyball, and soccer teams – each seeks to play the BLAZER-WAY, combining their passion for sport and their love for God through their service.

To register, please fill out the Sports Camp Registration Form (one form per camper) and return by mail, by fax to 204.487.3858, or by email (you may complete and then scan your document, and forward the jpeg image to the email address above).

KIDS CAMPS

BLAZER BIKE CAMP

Get your feet a-pedalin’ with the incredibly popular Blazer Bike Camp. Learn important safety tips and techniques to make you a smart and skillful rider. This camp will take you off campus, challenging you with various trails and terrains in and around CMU – through Assiniboine Park, Fort Whyte, the Assiniboine Forest, and more! All campers will need to bring their bikes, helmets and bike-locks.

MULTI-SPORT ALLSTAR CAMP

Our multi-sport camp allows you the opportunity to learn the skills of basketball, soccer, volleyball and more in a supportive and encouraging environment. Will you be the next all-star?

JUNIOR HIGH CAMPS

DIG IT! JV CAMP

At DIG IT! JV Volleyball Camp, our energetic coaches will guide you to improve the technique of your passing, setting, blocking and hitting skills. Learn from to play the Blazer-way from CMU coaches and athletes who will make sure that every day is full of new fun and friendships!

August 20-24
Monday – Friday, 9am-noon

BALLIN’ JV CAMP

Think you’ve got game? JV Basketball Camp will help you develop into a complete basketball player. With a focus on shooting technique and ball-control, our CMU coaches and athletes will teach you and your friends to play the Blazer-way.

HIGH SCHOOL CAMP

ELITE VOLLEYBALL CAMP (EVENINGS)

With just a few weeks left before the start of the Manitoba high school volleyball season, this camp is a must for players who are preparing for their varsity teams. Our CMU Varsity coaches will help you refine your techniques and timing to ensure you get a jump on the fall competition.
